2- Refund Policy
1- Online Training (E-learning)
- Refunds are possible within 7 days of purchase
- Only if less than 20% of the course content has been accessed
- Bank fees, if any, remain the customer’s responsibility
After this period, no refund will be issued.
2- In-person Training
- Cancellation more than 7 days before the session: full refund
- Cancellation between 3 and 7 days: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 72 hours before the session: no refund
MedSirat reserves the right to postpone a session if the minimum number of participants is not met. In this case, a full refund will be offered.
3- Consulting Services
Consulting services are non-refundable once the engagement has started.
If the client cancels after signing the contract, a fee corresponding to the work already performed will be charged.
3- General Terms
and Conditions of Sale (GTC)
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between MedSirat Training (SARL, Tax ID 1409615AAM000) and any client, professional or individual.
Article 2 – Acceptance
Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
Article 3 – Prices
Prices are expressed in Tunisian dinars (TND) or in the specified currency.
MedSirat reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, invoicing is based on the rates in effect at the time of the order.
Article 4 – Payment Terms
Payment may be made by:
- Bank transfer
- Secure online payment
- Any other agreed method
Some services may require a deposit before commencement.
Article 5 – Late Payment
Late payment may result in service suspension and the application of penalties in accordance with Tunisian law.
Article 6 – Liability
MedSirat undertakes to provide services professionally.
The company’s liability cannot be held for:
- Misuse of the advice provided
- Strategic decisions taken by the client
Article 7 – Force Majeure
MedSirat cannot be held responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure (unforeseeable events, natural disasters, administrative decisions, etc.).
Article 8 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute falls under the competent courts in Tunisia.
