Siratify Certified Business Coach
A platform credential, awarded by Siratify, that certifies one thing: you can be trusted on a live Siratify mission — with a founder, with a support organisation running a cohort, or with an investor reviewing a venture.
Post-nominal: SCBC. Nine credits. Assessed on practice, not attendance.
The credential is issued once the jury has seen all three module deliverables and the exam sitting.

What it certifies
Three missions, one competence: assisting on Siratify
The SCBC does not certify that you know about entrepreneurship, and it does not certify that you can coach in the abstract. It certifies that you can carry a Siratify mission through to a deliverable — in each of the three forms those missions take.

Founder missions
You take an entrepreneur from an idea or a stalled venture to an investable business model, a market study and a financial plan that survives a lender's review. You coach the founder through it rather than writing it for him.

Organisation missions
You operate a support programme inside the platform: applications, cohort milestones, mentee progress, reports and KPIs. You are the person an incubator or a development agency can hand a cohort to.

Investor missions
You read a venture the way its author built it, use the platform's due-diligence rooms, and coach founders on the gaps a review exposes — without crossing into investment advice.
The certification also covers the commercial side of the platform: positioning your offer, pricing missions, responding to calls from organisations, and building a practice inside the ecosystem rather than beside it.
What it is not: a coaching psychology qualification, a state-recognised diploma, or a licence to give legal, tax or investment advice. Holders work within those limits and the jury tests them.

Assessment
Four pieces of evidence, one jury
Nothing is awarded for attendance. Each module produces an assessed deliverable, and the credential is awarded only after the jury has examined all three and sat the candidate.

Jury sittingSeparate day
A written exam and a supervised case before the jury, held outside the nine training days. Pass or fail, with written feedback either way.
The rules around the sitting
- A candidate may sit only after all three module deliverables have been accepted.
- One retake is permitted within six months of the first sitting. After that, the full assessment is repeated.
- Results are communicated in writing within fifteen working days, with the jury's reasoning.
- An appeal may be lodged within thirty days. It is heard by a reviewer who did not sit on the original jury.
The jury includes a Siratify representative and a practising business coach external to the cohort. Assessors do not assess candidates they trained.

Verification
How an organisation checks a holder
Every credential carries a register entry. An organisation hiring a coach, or a programme admitting one, can confirm the claim in under a minute — without asking the candidate for anything.
What the register shows
- The holder's name and the credential code (SCBC)
- The date of issue and the current validity date
- The route taken — nine-day pathway, exam-only, or in-company cohort
- Whether the credential is active, suspended or lapsed
- The certified profile on Siratify, with mission history and reviews
Three ways to check
Register lookup
Enter the name or the register number on the verification page. The record is authoritative, not self-declared.
Certified profile
Open the holder's Siratify profile: the credential appears there with its validity and the platform's own mission record.
Written confirmation
For procurement or tender files, request a confirmation letter from MedSirat Academy quoting the register entry.
If a certificate cannot be found in the register, it is not valid — whatever the document in front of you says. Report it to us and we will investigate.

Validity
Three years, then you prove you are still practising
A business coach who has not worked with a founder in three years should not be presented as current. The credential therefore expires, and renewal is evidence-based.
Validity period
Three years from the date of the jury sitting. The register shows the exact date, not just the year.
Continuing development
Three CPD activities per cycle, recorded as they happen: a supervised mission, an advanced module, a teaching engagement, or documented client work reviewed by a peer.
Platform standing
Holders practising on Siratify keep their professional licence active. A lapsed licence suspends the profile, and with it the visible certification — the register record itself stays valid.
Renewal decision
Renewal is granted on the evidence submitted, with no re-sitting. A holder who has not practised may be asked to complete one supervised mission before renewal.
If the credential lapses, the holder may be reinstated within twelve months by submitting the missing CPD and one supervised mission. Beyond twelve months, the full jury sitting is required again.

The credential is the same whichever route is taken, and the jury applies the same standard. What differs is how much of the training you need.

Nine training days across three modules, three assessed deliverables, then the jury sitting. The route most candidates take, and the only one that includes supervised practice under our assessors.
Experienced coaches
Exam only
For coaches already running founder engagements: a portfolio of documented missions is reviewed first, then the candidate sits the exam and the supervised case directly. Platform fluency is assumed and tested.
Teams of eight or more
In-company cohort
An organisation trains its own advisers together, on its own portfolio and case set, then the jury sits at the end. Assessment standards are identical; only the case material is customised.
There is no legacy route. The SCBC was created with Siratify and has no predecessor, so no older credential converts into it — unlike our management, coaching and leadership certifications, which carry documented legacy mappings.

Who awards it
Siratify accredits and examines. MedSirat trains.
This is the only credential in our catalogue where the awarding authority is not MedSirat. Saying so plainly matters: a buyer comparing it with our CMC or MELMP should know exactly where each one comes from.
Siratify
Owns the standard, accredits the credential, organises and runs the exam sitting and the jury, and maintains the register and the certified profile.
MedSirat Academy
Designs the curriculum, delivers the nine training days, assesses the three module deliverables, and provides the external assessors. We prepare candidates; we do not decide who passes the jury.
The register
Held by Siratify, which is also the body to contact about a disputed or suspended credential.
The SCBC is a professional platform credential, not a state-recognised diploma. We do not present it as one, and we do not describe the process as accreditation by an external authority. Our own certifications — CTP, CCP, CMC, MELMP and GMP — are awarded by MedSirat and reviewed annually by an independent committee of international experts.

Missions organisations
Vous pilotez un programme d'appui dans la plateforme : candidatures, jalons de cohorte, progression des mentorés, rapports et indicateurs. Vous êtes la personne à qui un incubateur ou une agence de développement peut confier une cohorte.

Missions investisseurs
Vous lisez une venture telle que son auteur l'a construite, vous utilisez les salles de due diligence de la plateforme et vous coachez les fondateurs sur les failles révélées par une revue — sans franchir la ligne du conseil en investissement.
La certification couvre aussi le versant commercial de la plateforme : positionner votre offre, tarifer vos missions, répondre aux appels des organisations et construire une pratique dans l'écosystème plutôt qu'à côté.
Ce qu'elle n'est pas : une qualification en psychologie du coaching, un diplôme reconnu par l'État, ni une autorisation de délivrer du conseil juridique, fiscal ou en investissement. Les titulaires travaillent dans ces limites, et le jury les teste.

Évaluation
Quatre preuves, un jury
Rien n'est délivré pour la présence. Chaque module produit un livrable évalué, et la certification n'est accordée qu'après examen des trois livrables et session du candidat devant le jury.

Un plan sur une venture réelle, évalué sur la qualité des preuves et la cohérence du modèle financier — pas sur l'esthétique du document.

Séance de coaching superviséeModule 2
Le candidat coache un fondateur pendant qu'un évaluateur observe, puis débriefe. Enregistré avec consentement. C'est là que la posture est jugée.

Certification des outilsModule 3
Vérification outil par outil sur le compte Siratify du candidat : profil, diagnostics, traitement des missions, reporting de cohorte.

Session de juryJour distinct
Un examen écrit et un cas supervisé devant le jury, hors des neuf jours de formation. Admis ou ajourné, avec un retour écrit dans les deux cas.
Les règles de la session
- Un candidat ne peut se présenter qu'après acceptation des trois livrables de module.
- Une seule reprise est autorisée dans les six mois suivant la première session. Au-delà, l'évaluation complète est reprise.
- Les résultats sont communiqués par écrit sous quinze jours ouvrés, avec le raisonnement du jury.
- Un recours est possible dans les trente jours. Il est examiné par un relecteur qui n'a pas siégé au jury initial.
Le jury comprend un représentant de Siratify et un business coach en exercice extérieur à la cohorte. Un évaluateur n'évalue pas les candidats qu'il a formés.

Comment une organisation vérifie un titulaire
Chaque certification possède une inscription au registre. Une organisation qui recrute un coach, ou un programme qui l'admet, peut confirmer la déclaration en moins d'une minute — sans rien demander au candidat.
Ce que montre le registre
- Le nom du titulaire et le code de la certification (SCBC)
- La date de délivrance et la date de validité en cours
- La voie suivie — parcours de neuf jours, examen seul ou cohorte intra-entreprise
- Le statut : active, suspendue ou expirée
- Le profil certifié sur Siratify, avec l'historique des missions et les évaluations
Trois façons de vérifier
Consultation du registre
Saisissez le nom ou le numéro d'inscription sur la page de vérification. Le registre fait foi, il ne s'agit pas d'une déclaration du titulaire.

Ouvrez le profil Siratify du titulaire : la certification y figure avec sa validité et l'historique de missions tenu par la plateforme.
Attestation écrite
Pour un dossier d'achat ou d'appel d'offres, demandez une attestation à MedSirat Academy citant l'inscription au registre.
Si une certification ne figure pas au registre, elle n'est pas valide — quel que soit le document présenté. Signalez-la-nous et nous enquêterons.

Validité
Trois ans, puis la preuve que vous pratiquez toujours
Un business coach qui n'a pas travaillé avec un fondateur depuis trois ans ne devrait pas être présenté comme à jour. La certification expire donc, et son renouvellement repose sur des preuves.
Durée de validité
Trois ans à compter de la session de jury. Le registre affiche la date exacte, pas seulement l'année.
Développement continu
Trois activités de formation continue par cycle, enregistrées au fil de l'eau : une mission supervisée, un module avancé, une activité d'enseignement, ou un travail client documenté et relu par un pair.
Standing sur la plateforme
Les titulaires qui pratiquent sur Siratify maintiennent leur licence professionnelle active. Une licence expirée suspend le profil, et avec lui la certification visible — l'inscription au registre reste valide.
Décision de renouvellement
Le renouvellement est accordé sur les preuves soumises, sans nouvelle session. Un titulaire qui n'a pas pratiqué peut devoir réaliser une mission supervisée avant renouvellement.
En cas d'expiration, le titulaire peut être rétabli dans les douze mois en soumettant la formation continue manquante et une mission supervisée. Au-delà de douze mois, la session de jury complète est à nouveau requise.

Examen seul
Pour les coachs qui conduisent déjà des missions de fondateurs : un portefeuille de missions documentées est d'abord examiné, puis le candidat passe directement l'examen et le cas supervisé. La maîtrise de la plateforme est présumée et testée.
Équipes de huit et plus
Cohorte intra-entreprise
Une organisation forme ses propres conseillers ensemble, sur son portefeuille et son jeu de cas, puis le jury siège à la fin. Les standards d'évaluation sont identiques ; seul le matériau des cas est personnalisé.
Il n'existe pas de voie historique. Le SCBC a été créé avec Siratify et n'a pas de prédécesseur : aucune certification antérieure ne s'y convertit — contrairement à nos certifications en management, coaching et leadership, qui disposent de correspondances documentées.

C'est la seule certification de notre catalogue dont l'autorité de certification n'est pas MedSirat. Le dire clairement compte : un acheteur qui la compare à notre CMC ou à notre MELMP doit savoir exactement d'où vient chacune.

Une certification de plateforme, délivrée par Siratify, qui atteste une seule chose : on peut vous confier une mission Siratify réelle — auprès d'un fondateur, d'une organisation d'appui qui pilote une cohorte, ou d'un investisseur qui évalue une venture.
Sigle : SCBC. Neuf crédits. Évalué sur la pratique, pas sur la présence.
La certification est délivrée lorsque le jury a examiné les trois livrables des modules et la session d'examen.

Ce qu'elle certifie
Trois missions, une compétence : intervenir sur Siratify
Le SCBC ne certifie pas que vous connaissez l'entrepreneuriat, ni que vous savez coacher dans l'abstrait. Il certifie que vous pouvez mener une mission Siratify jusqu'au livrable — dans chacune des trois formes que prennent ces missions.

Missions fondateurs
Vous conduisez un entrepreneur d'une idée ou d'une venture bloquée vers un modèle économique finançable, une étude de marché et un plan financier qui résiste à l'examen d'un prêteur. Vous coachez le fondateur, vous n'écrivez pas le plan à sa place.
02
Missions organisations
Vous pilotez un programme d'appui dans la plateforme : candidatures, jalons de cohorte, progression des mentorés, rapports et indicateurs. Vous êtes la personne à qui un incubateur ou une agence de développement peut confier une cohorte.
03
Missions investisseurs
Vous lisez une venture telle que son auteur l'a construite, vous utilisez les salles de due diligence de la plateforme et vous coachez les fondateurs sur les failles révélées par une revue — sans franchir la ligne du conseil en investissement.
La certification couvre aussi le versant commercial de la plateforme : positionner votre offre, tarifer vos missions, répondre aux appels des organisations et construire une pratique dans l'écosystème plutôt qu'à côté.
Ce qu'elle n'est pas : une qualification en psychologie du coaching, un diplôme reconnu par l'État, ni une autorisation de délivrer du conseil juridique, fiscal ou en investissement. Les titulaires travaillent dans ces limites, et le jury les teste.

Évaluation
Quatre preuves, un jury
Rien n'est délivré pour la présence. Chaque module produit un livrable évalué, et la certification n'est accordée qu'après examen des trois livrables et session du candidat devant le jury.

Business planModule 1
Un plan sur une venture réelle, évalué sur la qualité des preuves et la cohérence du modèle financier — pas sur l'esthétique du document.

Séance de coaching superviséeModule 2
Le candidat coache un fondateur pendant qu'un évaluateur observe, puis débriefe. Enregistré avec consentement. C'est là que la posture est jugée.
03
Certification des outilsModule 3
Vérification outil par outil sur le compte Siratify du candidat : profil, diagnostics, traitement des missions, reporting de cohorte.
04
Session de juryJour distinct
Un examen écrit et un cas supervisé devant le jury, hors des neuf jours de formation. Admis ou ajourné, avec un retour écrit dans les deux cas.
Les règles de la session
- Un candidat ne peut se présenter qu'après acceptation des trois livrables de module.
- Une seule reprise est autorisée dans les six mois suivant la première session. Au-delà, l'évaluation complète est reprise.
- Les résultats sont communiqués par écrit sous quinze jours ouvrés, avec le raisonnement du jury.
- Un recours est possible dans les trente jours. Il est examiné par un relecteur qui n'a pas siégé au jury initial.
Le jury comprend un représentant de Siratify et un business coach en exercice extérieur à la cohorte. Un évaluateur n'évalue pas les candidats qu'il a formés.

Vérification
Comment une organisation vérifie un titulaire
Chaque certification possède une inscription au registre. Une organisation qui recrute un coach, ou un programme qui l'admet, peut confirmer la déclaration en moins d'une minute — sans rien demander au candidat.
Ce que montre le registre
- Le nom du titulaire et le code de la certification (SCBC)
- La date de délivrance et la date de validité en cours
- La voie suivie — parcours de neuf jours, examen seul ou cohorte intra-entreprise
- Le statut : active, suspendue ou expirée
- Le profil certifié sur Siratify, avec l'historique des missions et les évaluations
Trois façons de vérifier
Consultation du registre
Saisissez le nom ou le numéro d'inscription sur la page de vérification. Le registre fait foi, il ne s'agit pas d'une déclaration du titulaire.
Profil certifié
Ouvrez le profil Siratify du titulaire : la certification y figure avec sa validité et l'historique de missions tenu par la plateforme.
Attestation écrite
Pour un dossier d'achat ou d'appel d'offres, demandez une attestation à MedSirat Academy citant l'inscription au registre.
Si une certification ne figure pas au registre, elle n'est pas valide — quel que soit le document présenté. Signalez-la-nous et nous enquêterons.

Validité
Trois ans, puis la preuve que vous pratiquez toujours
Un business coach qui n'a pas travaillé avec un fondateur depuis trois ans ne devrait pas être présenté comme à jour. La certification expire donc, et son renouvellement repose sur des preuves.
Durée de validité
Trois ans à compter de la session de jury. Le registre affiche la date exacte, pas seulement l'année.
Développement continu
Trois activités de formation continue par cycle, enregistrées au fil de l'eau : une mission supervisée, un module avancé, une activité d'enseignement, ou un travail client documenté et relu par un pair.
Standing sur la plateforme
Les titulaires qui pratiquent sur Siratify maintiennent leur licence professionnelle active. Une licence expirée suspend le profil, et avec lui la certification visible — l'inscription au registre reste valide.
Décision de renouvellement
Le renouvellement est accordé sur les preuves soumises, sans nouvelle session. Un titulaire qui n'a pas pratiqué peut devoir réaliser une mission supervisée avant renouvellement.
En cas d'expiration, le titulaire peut être rétabli dans les douze mois en soumettant la formation continue manquante et une mission supervisée. Au-delà de douze mois, la session de jury complète est à nouveau requise.

مهام المؤسسين
تأخذ رائد أعمال من فكرة أو مشروع متعثر إلى نموذج عمل قابل للتمويل، ودراسة سوق، وخطة مالية تصمد أمام تدقيق ممول. تدرب المؤسس خلال ذلك، لا تكتب الخطة بدلًا عنه.

مهام المنظمات
تدير برنامج دعم داخل المنصة: الطلبات، ومراحل الدفعة، وتقدم المتدربين، والتقارير والمؤشرات. أنت الشخص الذي يمكن لحاضنة أو وكالة تنمية أن تسلّمه دفعة كاملة.

مهام المستثمرين
تقرأ المشروع كما بناه صاحبه، وتستخدم غرف العناية الواجبة على المنصة، وتدرب المؤسسين على الثغرات التي يكشفها التقييم — دون تجاوز حدود الاستشارة الاستثمارية.
يشمل الاعتماد أيضًا الجانب التجاري للمنصة: تحديد عرضك، وتسعير مهامك، والاستجابة لنداءات المنظمات، وبناء ممارسة داخل المنظومة لا بجانبها.
ما ليس هو: ليس مؤهلًا في علم نفس التدريب، ولا دبلومًا معترفًا به من الدولة، ولا ترخيصًا لتقديم استشارات قانونية أو ضريبية أو استثمارية. يعمل الحاملون داخل هذه الحدود، واللجنة تختبر ذلك.

التقييم
أربعة أدلة، ولجنة واحدة
لا يُمنح شيء مقابل الحضور. كل وحدة تُنتج مخرجًا مُقيَّمًا، ولا يُمنح الاعتماد إلا بعد أن تفحص اللجنة المخارج الثلاثة وتجلس مع المرشح.

تحقق أداة بأداة على حساب المرشح في سيراتيفاي: الملف، والتشخيصات، وإدارة المهام، وتقارير الدفعات.

جلسة اللجنةيوم منفصل
امتحان كتابي وحالة خاضعة للإشراف أمام اللجنة، خارج الأيام التسعة. نجاح أو رسوب، مع ملاحظات مكتوبة في الحالتين.
قواعد الجلسة
- لا يجلس المرشح إلا بعد قبول مخارج الوحدات الثلاثة.
- تُسمح إعادة واحدة خلال ستة أشهر من الجلسة الأولى. وبعدها يُعاد التقييم كاملًا.
- تُبلَّغ النتائج كتابيًا خلال خمسة عشر يوم عمل، مع تعليل اللجنة.
- يمكن تقديم تظلم خلال ثلاثين يومًا، وينظر فيه مُراجع لم يكن عضوًا في اللجنة الأصلية.
تضم اللجنة ممثلًا عن سيراتيفاي ومدرب أعمال ممارسًا من خارج الدفعة. ولا يقيّم المُقيِّم مرشحًا درّبه.

التحقق
كيف تتحقق المنظمة من حامل الاعتماد
لكل اعتماد قيد في السجل. فالمنظمة التي توظف مدربًا، أو البرنامج الذي يقبله، يستطيع تأكيد الادعاء في أقل من دقيقة — دون أن يطلب شيئًا من المرشح.
ما يعرضه السجل
- اسم الحامل ورمز الاعتماد (SCBC)
- تاريخ المنح وتاريخ الصلاحية الحالي
- المسار الذي سلكه — مسار التسعة أيام، أو الامتحان فقط، أو دفعة داخل شركة
- الحالة: ساري، أو موقوف، أو منتهٍ
- الملف المعتمد على سيراتيفاي، مع سجل المهام والتقييمات
ثلاث طرق للتحقق
الاطلاع على السجل
أدخل الاسم أو رقم القيد في صفحة التحقق. السجل هو المرجع، وليس إقرار الحامل.
الملف المعتمد
افتح ملف الحامل على سيراتيفاي: يظهر الاعتماد هناك مع صلاحيته وسجل المهام الذي تحتفظ به المنصة.
تأكيد مكتوب
لأغراض الشراء أو المناقصات، اطلب خطاب تأكيد من أكاديمية MEDSIRAT يشير إلى قيد السجل.
إذا لم يكن الاعتماد موجودًا في السجل فهو غير ساري — أيًا كانت الوثيقة المعروضة. أبلغنا وسنحقق.

الصلاحية
ثلاث سنوات، ثم إثبات أنك ما زلت تمارس
مدرب أعمال لم يعمل مع مؤسس منذ ثلاث سنوات لا ينبغي تقديمه كأنه محدَّث. لذلك ينتهي الاعتماد، ويقوم تجديده على الأدلة.
مدة الصلاحية
ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ جلسة اللجنة. يعرض السجل التاريخ الدقيق لا السنة فقط.
التطوير المستمر
ثلاثة أنشطة تطوير مهني في كل دورة، تُسجَّل أولًا بأول: مهمة خاضعة للإشراف، أو وحدة متقدمة، أو نشاط تدريسي، أو عمل عميل موثّق يراجعه زميل.
الوضع على المنصة
يحافظ الممارسون على سيراتيفاي على رخصتهم المهنية سارية. والرخصة المنتهية توقف الملف، ومعها الاعتماد المرئي — أما قيد السجل فيبقى ساريًا.
قرار التجديد
يُمنح التجديد على أساس الأدلة المقدَّمة، دون إعادة جلسة. وقد يُطلب من حامل لم يمارس إنجاز مهمة خاضعة للإشراف قبل التجديد.
عند انتهاء الصلاحية يمكن إعادة الحامل خلال اثني عشر شهرًا بتقديم أنشطة التطوير الناقصة ومهمة خاضعة للإشراف. وبعد اثني عشر شهرًا تُطلب جلسة اللجنة الكاملة من جديد.

مسارات الدخول
ثلاث طرق لنيل SCBC
الاعتماد واحد أيًا كان المسار، واللجنة تطبق المعيار نفسه. ما يختلف هو حجم التدريب المطلوب.
موصى به
المسار
تسعة أيام تدريب في ثلاث وحدات، وثلاثة مخارج مُقيَّمة، ثم جلسة اللجنة. وهو مسار معظم المرشحين، والوحيد الذي يتضمن ممارسة خاضعة لإشراف مقيّمينا.
لمدربين ذوي خبرة
الامتحان فقط
للمدربين الذين يديرون مهام مؤسسين بالفعل: تُراجع أولًا محفظة مهام موثّقة، ثم يتقدم المرشح مباشرة للامتحان والحالة الخاضعة للإشراف. ويُفترض إتقان المنصة ويُختبر.
لفرق من ثمانية وأكثر
دفعة داخل شركة
تدرّب المنظمة مستشاريها معًا، على محفظتها ومجموعة حالاتها، ثم تجتمع اللجنة في النهاية. معايير التقييم متطابقة، ولا تُخصَّص إلا مادة الحالات.
لا يوجد مسار تاريخي. فقد أُنشئ SCBC مع سيراتيفاي وليس له سلف، لذلك لا يتحول إليه أي اعتماد أقدم — خلافًا لاعتماداتنا في الإدارة والتدريب والقيادة التي لديها مطابقات موثّقة.

سيراتيفاي تعتمد وتختبر. وMEDSIRAT تدرّب.
هذا هو الاعتماد الوحيد في كتالوجنا الذي ليست فيه جهة المنح هي MEDSIRAT. وقول ذلك بوضوح مهم: المشتري الذي يقارنه بـ CMC أو MELMP يجب أن يعرف مصدر كل واحد بدقة.
سيراتيفاي
تملك المعيار، وتعتمد الشهادة، وتنظم وتدير جلسة الامتحان واللجنة، وتحتفظ بالسجل والملف المعتمد.
أكاديمية MEDSIRAT
تصمم البرنامج، وتقدم الأيام التسعة، وتقيّم مخارج الوحدات الثلاثة، وتوفر المقيّمين الخارجيين. نحن نُعدّ المرشحين، ولا نقرر من ينجح أمام اللجنة.
السجل
تحتفظ به سيراتيفاي، وهي أيضًا الجهة التي تُخاطَب في حال الاعتراض أو الإيقاف.
SCBC اعتماد مهني لمنصة، وليس دبلومًا معترفًا به من الدولة. لا نقدمه على هذا النحو، ولا نصف العملية بأنها اعتماد من جهة خارجية. أما اعتماداتنا الخاصة — CTP وCCP وCMC وMELMP وGMP — فتمنحها MEDSIRAT وتراجعها سنويًا لجنة مستقلة من خبراء دوليين.

لكل اعتماد قيد في السجل. فالمنظمة التي توظف مدربًا، أو البرنامج الذي يقبله، يستطيع تأكيد الادعاء في أقل من دقيقة — دون أن يطلب شيئًا من المرشح.
ما يعرضه السجل
- اسم الحامل ورمز الاعتماد (SCBC)
- تاريخ المنح وتاريخ الصلاحية الحالي
- المسار الذي سلكه — مسار التسعة أيام، أو الامتحان فقط، أو دفعة داخل شركة
- الحالة: ساري، أو موقوف، أو منتهٍ
- الملف المعتمد على سيراتيفاي، مع سجل المهام والتقييمات
ثلاث طرق للتحقق
الاطلاع على السجل
أدخل الاسم أو رقم القيد في صفحة التحقق. السجل هو المرجع، وليس إقرار الحامل.
الملف المعتمد
افتح ملف الحامل على سيراتيفاي: يظهر الاعتماد هناك مع صلاحيته وسجل المهام الذي تحتفظ به المنصة.
تأكيد مكتوب
لأغراض الشراء أو المناقصات، اطلب خطاب تأكيد من أكاديمية MEDSIRAT يشير إلى قيد السجل.
إذا لم يكن الاعتماد موجودًا في السجل فهو غير ساري — أيًا كانت الوثيقة المعروضة. أبلغنا وسنحقق.

الصلاحية
ثلاث سنوات، ثم إثبات أنك ما زلت تمارس
مدرب أعمال لم يعمل مع مؤسس منذ ثلاث سنوات لا ينبغي تقديمه كأنه محدَّث. لذلك ينتهي الاعتماد، ويقوم تجديده على الأدلة.
مدة الصلاحية
ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ جلسة اللجنة. يعرض السجل التاريخ الدقيق لا السنة فقط.
التطوير المستمر
ثلاثة أنشطة تطوير مهني في كل دورة، تُسجَّل أولًا بأول: مهمة خاضعة للإشراف، أو وحدة متقدمة، أو نشاط تدريسي، أو عمل عميل موثّق يراجعه زميل.
الوضع على المنصة
يحافظ الممارسون على سيراتيفاي على رخصتهم المهنية سارية. والرخصة المنتهية توقف الملف، ومعها الاعتماد المرئي — أما قيد السجل فيبقى ساريًا.
قرار التجديد
يُمنح التجديد على أساس الأدلة المقدَّمة، دون إعادة جلسة. وقد يُطلب من حامل لم يمارس إنجاز مهمة خاضعة للإشراف قبل التجديد.
عند انتهاء الصلاحية يمكن إعادة الحامل خلال اثني عشر شهرًا بتقديم أنشطة التطوير الناقصة ومهمة خاضعة للإشراف. وبعد اثني عشر شهرًا تُطلب جلسة اللجنة الكاملة من جديد.

مسارات الدخول
ثلاث طرق لنيل SCBC
الاعتماد واحد أيًا كان المسار، واللجنة تطبق المعيار نفسه. ما يختلف هو حجم التدريب المطلوب.
موصى به
المسار
تسعة أيام تدريب في ثلاث وحدات، وثلاثة مخارج مُقيَّمة، ثم جلسة اللجنة. وهو مسار معظم المرشحين، والوحيد الذي يتضمن ممارسة خاضعة لإشراف مقيّمينا.
لمدربين ذوي خبرة
الامتحان فقط
للمدربين الذين يديرون مهام مؤسسين بالفعل: تُراجع أولًا محفظة مهام موثّقة، ثم يتقدم المرشح مباشرة للامتحان والحالة الخاضعة للإشراف. ويُفترض إتقان المنصة ويُختبر.
لفرق من ثمانية وأكثر
دفعة داخل شركة
تدرّب المنظمة مستشاريها معًا، على محفظتها ومجموعة حالاتها، ثم تجتمع اللجنة في النهاية. معايير التقييم متطابقة، ولا تُخصَّص إلا مادة الحالات.
لا يوجد مسار تاريخي. فقد أُنشئ SCBC مع سيراتيفاي وليس له سلف، لذلك لا يتحول إليه أي اعتماد أقدم — خلافًا لاعتماداتنا في الإدارة والتدريب والقيادة التي لديها مطابقات موثّقة.

من يمنحه
سيراتيفاي تعتمد وتختبر. وMEDSIRAT تدرّب.
هذا هو الاعتماد الوحيد في كتالوجنا الذي ليست فيه جهة المنح هي MEDSIRAT. وقول ذلك بوضوح مهم: المشتري الذي يقارنه بـ CMC أو MELMP يجب أن يعرف مصدر كل واحد بدقة.
سيراتيفاي
تملك المعيار، وتعتمد الشهادة، وتنظم وتدير جلسة الامتحان واللجنة، وتحتفظ بالسجل والملف المعتمد.
أكاديمية MEDSIRAT
تصمم البرنامج، وتقدم الأيام التسعة، وتقيّم مخارج الوحدات الثلاثة، وتوفر المقيّمين الخارجيين. نحن نُعدّ المرشحين، ولا نقرر من ينجح أمام اللجنة.
السجل
تحتفظ به سيراتيفاي، وهي أيضًا الجهة التي تُخاطَب في حال الاعتراض أو الإيقاف.
SCBC اعتماد مهني لمنصة، وليس دبلومًا معترفًا به من الدولة. لا نقدمه على هذا النحو، ولا نصف العملية بأنها اعتماد من جهة خارجية. أما اعتماداتنا الخاصة — CTP وCCP وCMC وMELMP وGMP — فتمنحها MEDSIRAT وتراجعها سنويًا لجنة مستقلة من خبراء دوليين.
