No. You remain the author of your work. Subject explanations, assignment requirements and academic feedback belong with the appropriate teaching or academic support service.

Can I use coaching when returning to study as an adult?

Yes. You can explore your reasons for returning, realistic commitments, changed expectations and the support questions you want to raise.

Can we work on a presentation?

Yes. Coaching can support structure, rehearsal and how you want to communicate. You remain responsible for subject accuracy and your institution’s assessment requirements.

What if the main issue needs another kind of support?

Clarify the scope before starting and revisit it if needed. Subject, admissions, accessibility or clinical questions should be directed to an appropriate service; coaching does not replace that support.

MedSirat Certificate in Leadership & Soft Skills FoundationsMLSFCertification

MLSF is the knowledge rung of the register. It records that a named person sat a forty-question examination on the nine foundational skills and passed it at seventy per cent, with no section below fifty.

Six credits of eight, valid three years, recorded in the Academy register and verifiable by number. Earned through the MedSirat Leadership & Soft Skills Foundations programme, or by sitting the examination alone.

This is the only credential in the register assessed by a multiple-choice examination and nothing else. The reason is stated on the page rather than hidden: knowledge is what a QCM can test, and the register says so.

What it certifies

Knowledge, and only knowledge

MLSF certifies that the holder can answer, under examination conditions, the questions a competent beginner should be able to answer about nine foundational skills.

Nine skills, examined

Communication, interpersonal communication, public speaking, DISC profiling, emotional intelligence, time and priority management, teamwork and conflict, innovation and creativity, leadership styles. The examination samples all nine.

A standard, applied evenly

Forty single-best-answer questions, closed book, marked against a fixed key. Two candidates with the same answers receive the same result, in every city and every language.

A first rung, honestly labelled

It is the entry credential of the register, and it does not pretend to be more. What sits above it — MCTr, MCCh, MCCn, MELMP, MGMP — is assessed by watched practice and defended work.

It also records six credits, the largest single block at this tier, which is why a holder can reach eight credits with two elective courses rather than five.

What it never claims: not a certificate of competence in practice, not a licence to train or coach, not a qualification to teach these subjects. The lab in session ten of the programme shows the skills in use; the examination is what the credential records, and the certificate says so.

Assessment

One examination, run the same way everywhere

No portfolio, no defence, no observed practice. A single machine-marked sitting, with the rules published before the first question is written.

Single best answer, four options, closed book. No negative marking, so guessing costs nothing and leaving a question blank costs a mark. Sat on paper or on screen.

ConditionsOn site or proctored online

On site at the end of session ten, or at an online sitting with identity check and proctoring within six months of enrolment. The two routes are marked identically.

Marking70 % overall, no section below 50 %

Both conditions must be met. A candidate at seventy-two per cent with one section at forty-one does not pass; that is the rule, and it is applied without discretion.

Rules

  • Forty questions across the nine modules. The distribution is published: no module contributes fewer than three questions.
  • Seventy per cent overall and no section below fifty per cent. Both, not either.
  • The first sitting is included in the programme price. Exam-only sitting 200; one retake within six months 100.
  • Result, section scores and the item-by-item report are issued within ten working days.
  • Valid three years from the date of the examination, renewed by a free twenty-question refresher QCM for alumni.

Pass: the certificate is issued with six credits and a register number. Fail: one retake within six months at 100; the six credits are unaffected, because they are earned by the programme and not by the examination.

The register

Verification

Every credential issued by the Academy is recorded, and every record can be checked by anyone holding the number.

A register entry carries

  • The holder's full name and the date of award.
  • The credential and its post-nominal, MLSF.
  • The six credits and the date they expire.
  • The examination result and its section scores.
  • A verification number, unique and never reused.

Read the status

Active, expired or renewed. A lapsed credential is shown as lapsed; the register never quietly removes a record.

Ask for the certificate

The certificate carries the same number. A credential that cannot be produced with its number should be treated as unverified.

Verification requests from employers, universities and ministries are answered in writing, without a fee.

Validity

Three years, renewed by a short refresher

A knowledge credential should be renewed by checking the knowledge, not by buying a renewal.

Three years from the examination

The end date appears in the register from the day of issue, so nobody discovers it late.

Free refresher QCM

Twenty questions, online, taken in one sitting, with the answers explained afterwards. Free to alumni, and it is the whole renewal requirement — no fee, no file, no course.

A lapsed credential stays in the register as lapsed and cannot be presented as current. It is restored at any time by passing the refresher; there is no penalty period and no restoration fee.

Three ways to arrive

Unlike every credential above it, MLSF can be earned by examination alone — because nothing here is assessed by performance.

Exam only

Sit the QCM without the programme. Legitimate for a graduate of an equivalent course, a teacher of these subjects, or anyone who wants the register entry and already knows the material.

12 to 24 seats

Institutional

Run on your premises for a cohort of students, new hires or faculty. The examination and the standard are unchanged.

What does not exist: a route that awards MLSF on attendance. The six credits come from the programme, the credential comes from the examination, and no certificate is issued without a passed sitting.

Who issues it

One issuer, one register, one item bank.

MedSirat Academy

Issues the credential, maintains the item bank and the register, and answers verification. The awarding body, not a broker.

The item bank

Every question is written against a module, reviewed by a second examiner and retired on a published rotation, so that the examination does not become memorisable.

Not Siratify

The Siratify route leads to a different credential, the SCBC. The two registers do not overlap.

MedSirat Academy is a private training institution. MLSF is a professional certificate of the Academy, not a state diploma and not a regulated title.

La MLSF certifie que le titulaire sait répondre, en conditions d'examen, aux questions qu'un débutant compétent devrait savoir traiter sur neuf compétences de base.

Neuf compétences, examinées

Communication, communication interpersonnelle, prise de parole, profilage DISC, intelligence émotionnelle, gestion du temps et des priorités, travail en équipe et conflits, innovation et créativité, styles de leadership. L'examen échantillonne les neuf.

Une norme, appliquée uniformément

Quarante questions à réponse unique, sans documents, corrigées selon un barème fixe. Deux candidats aux mêmes réponses obtiennent le même résultat, dans chaque ville et chaque langue.

Un premier échelon, honnêtement nommé

C'est la certification d'entrée du registre, et elle ne prétend pas être davantage. Ce qui se trouve au-dessus — MCTr, MCCh, MCCn, MELMP, MGMP — s'évalue par une pratique observée et un travail soutenu.

Elle enregistre aussi six crédits, le plus grand bloc unique à ce niveau : c'est pourquoi deux cours au choix suffisent pour atteindre huit crédits, et non cinq.

Ce qu'elle ne prétend jamais : ni un certificat de compétence en pratique, ni une licence pour former ou coacher, ni une qualification pour enseigner ces matières. L'atelier de la séance dix montre les compétences en usage ; l'examen est ce que la certification enregistre, et le certificat le dit.

Un seul examen, le même partout

Ni portfolio, ni soutenance, ni pratique observée. Une seule session corrigée par machine, avec les règles publiées avant la première question.

Réponse unique, quatre options, sans documents. Pas de points négatifs : deviner ne coûte rien, laisser vide coûte un point. Sur papier ou sur écran.

Sur place à la fin de la séance dix, ou en session en ligne avec vérification d'identité et surveillance sous six mois. Les deux voies sont corrigées à l'identique.

Correction70 % au total, aucune section sous 50 %

Les deux conditions doivent être remplies. Un candidat à soixante-douze pour cent avec une section à quarante et un n'est pas admis ; c'est la règle, et elle s'applique sans discrétion.

Règles

  • Quarante questions sur les neuf modules. La répartition est publiée : aucun module ne contribue moins de trois questions.
  • Soixante-dix pour cent au total et aucune section sous cinquante pour cent. Les deux, pas l'une ou l'autre.
  • La première session est incluse dans le prix du programme. Examen seul 200 ; une reprise sous six mois 100.
  • Le résultat, les scores par section et le rapport question par question sont délivrés sous dix jours ouvrés.
  • Valable trois ans à compter de l'examen, renouvelé par un QCM de rafraîchissement de vingt questions, gratuit pour les anciens.

Admis : le certificat est délivré avec six crédits et un numéro de registre. Ajourné : une reprise sous six mois à 100 ; les six crédits ne sont pas affectés, car ils viennent du programme et non de l'examen.

Vérification

Chaque certification délivrée par l'Academy est enregistrée, et chaque fiche peut être vérifiée par quiconque détient le numéro.

Une fiche de registre porte

  • Le nom complet du titulaire et la date de délivrance.
  • La certification et son sigle, MLSF.
  • Les six crédits et leur date d'expiration.
  • Le résultat de l'examen et les scores par section.
  • Un numéro de vérification, unique et jamais réutilisé.

Active, expirée ou renouvelée. Une certification périmée est affichée comme telle ; le registre ne retire jamais une fiche en silence.

Le certificat porte le même numéro. Une certification qui ne peut être produite avec son numéro doit être considérée comme non vérifiée.

Les demandes de vérification des employeurs, universités et ministères reçoivent une réponse écrite, sans frais.

Trois ans, renouvelés par un court rafraîchissement

Une certification de connaissance se renouvelle en vérifiant la connaissance, non en achetant un renouvellement.

Trois ans à compter de l'examen

La date de fin figure au registre dès l'émission, pour que personne ne la découvre trop tard.

QCM de rafraîchissement, gratuit

Vingt questions, en ligne, en une seule session, avec les réponses expliquées ensuite. Gratuit pour les anciens, et c'est tout le renouvellement — ni frais, ni dossier, ni cours.

Une certification périmée reste au registre comme périmée et ne peut être présentée comme en cours. Elle se rétablit à tout moment en réussissant le rafraîchissement ; sans période de pénalité et sans frais de rétablissement.

Institutionnel

Chez vous, pour une cohorte d'étudiants, de nouvelles recrues ou d'enseignants. L'examen et la norme sont inchangés.

Ce qui n'existe pas : une voie qui délivre la MLSF sur présence. Les six crédits viennent du programme, la certification vient de l'examen, et aucun certificat n'est délivré sans une session réussie.

La voie Siratify mène à une autre certification, la SCBC. Les deux registres ne se recouvrent pas.

MLSF هي درجة المعرفة في السجل. تثبت أن شخصًا باسمه قدّم امتحانًا من أربعين سؤالًا في المهارات الأساسية التسع ونجح فيه بسبعين بالمئة، دون أيّ قسم تحت الخمسين.

ست وحدات من ثمان، صالحة ثلاث سنوات، مقيّدة في سجل الأكاديمية وقابلة للتحقّق برقمها. تُنال عبر برنامج أساسيات القيادة والمهارات الحياتية، أو بتقديم الامتحان وحده.

هذا الاعتماد الوحيد في السجل الذي يُقيَّم بامتحان اختيار من متعدد ولا شيء آخر. والسبب مكتوب على الصفحة لا مخفيًّا: المعرفة هي ما يستطيع QCM اختباره، والسجل يقول ذلك.

تسع مهارات، مُختبَرة

التواصل، والتواصل بين الأشخاص، وفن الخطابة، وتحليل أنماط الشخصية DISC، والذكاء العاطفي، وإدارة الوقت والأولويات، والعمل الجماعي وإدارة النزاعات، والابتكار والإبداع، وأنماط القيادة. والامتحان يأخذ عيّنة من التسع.

معيار واحد يُطبَّق بالتساوي

أربعون سؤالًا بإجابة واحدة أفضل، بدون مراجع، تُصحَّح على مفتاح ثابت. ومترشّحان بالإجابات نفسها يحصلان على النتيجة نفسها، في كل مدينة وكل لغة.

درجة أولى، مسمّاة بصدق

إنها درجة الدخول في السجل، ولا تدّعي أكثر من ذلك. وما فوقها — MCTr و MCCh و MCCn و MELMP و MGMP — يُقيَّم بممارسة مُراقَبة وعمل مُدافَع عنه.

تسجّل أيضًا ست وحدات، وهي أكبر كتلة واحدة في هذه الدرجة، ولذلك يصل الحامل إلى ثماني وحدات بدورتين اختياريتين لا بخمس.

ما لا تدّعيه أبدًا: ليست شهادة كفاءة في الممارسة، ولا ترخيصًا للتدريب أو الكوتشينغ، ولا مؤهلًا لتدريس هذه المواد. ورشة الجلسة العاشرة تُظهر المهارات في الاستخدام؛ والامتحان هو ما يسجّله الاعتماد، والشهادة تقول ذلك.

امتحان واحد، بالطريقة نفسها في كل مكان

لا ملف إنجاز، ولا دفاع، ولا ممارسة مُراقَبة. جلسة واحدة تُصحَّح آليًّا، بقواعد منشورة قبل كتابة السؤال الأول.

إجابة واحدة أفضل من أربعة خيارات، بدون مراجع. لا درجات سالبة، فالتخمين لا يكلّف شيئًا وترك السؤال يكلّف درجة. ورقيًّا أو على الشاشة.

الظروفحضوريًّا أو إلكترونيًّا مُراقَبًا

حضوريًّا في نهاية الجلسة العاشرة، أو في جلسة إلكترونية بتحقّق هوية ومراقبة خلال ستة أشهر من التسجيل. والمساران يُصحَّحان بالطريقة نفسها.

التصحيح70 بالمئة إجمالًا، ولا قسم دون 50

يجب تحقّق الشرطين. ومترشّح باثنين وسبعين بالمئة وقسم واحد باحدى وأربعين لا ينجح؛ هذه القاعدة وتُطبَّق دون تقدير شخصي.

القواعد

  • أربعون سؤالًا على الوحدات التسع. والتوزيع منشور: لا تسهم وحدة بأقلّ من ثلاثة أسئلة.
  • سبعون بالمئة إجمالًا ولا قسم دون خمسين بالمئة. الاثنان، لا أحدهما.
  • الجلسة الأولى مشمولة في سعر البرنامج. امتحان منفرد 200؛ وإعادة واحدة خلال ستة أشهر 100.
  • تُصدر النتيجة ودرجات الأقسام والتقرير سؤالًا بسؤال خلال عشرة أيام عمل.
  • صالح ثلاث سنوات من تاريخ الامتحان، ويُجدَّد بامتحان QCM تنشيطي من عشرين سؤالًا، مجانًا للخريجين.

بالنجاح: تُمنح الشهادة مع ست وحدات ورقم سجل. بالرسوب: إعادة واحدة خلال ستة أشهر بـ 100؛ والوحدات الست لا تتأثّر، لأنها تُكتسب بالبرنامج لا بالامتحان.

كلّ اعتماد تصدره الأكاديمية مقيّد، وكلّ قيد يمكن لحامل الرقم التحقّق منه.

  • الاعتماد ورمزه MLSF.
  • الوحدات الست وتاريخ انتهائها.
  • نتيجة الامتحان ودرجات أقسامه.
  • رقم تحقّق فريد لا يُعاد استخدامه.

ثلاث سنوات، تُجدَّد بتحديث قصير

اعتماد المعرفة يُجدَّد بفحص المعرفة، لا بشراء تجديد.

ثلاث سنوات من الامتحان

يظهر تاريخ الانتهاء في السجل يوم الإصدار، فلا يكتشفه أحد متأخرًا.

QCM تنشيطي مجاني

عشرون سؤالًا، إلكترونيًّا، في جلسة واحدة، مع شرح الإجابات بعدها. مجاني للخريجين، وهو كلّ شرط التجديد — لا رسوم ولا ملف ولا دورة.

الاعتماد المنتهي يبقى في السجل منتهيًا ولا يجوز تقديمه ساريًا. ويُستعاد في أيّ وقت بالنجاح في الامتحان التنشيطي؛ بلا فترة جزاء وبلا رسوم استعادة.

خلافًا لكلّ اعتماد فوقها، يمكن نيل MLSF بالامتحان وحده — لأن شيئًا هنا لا يُقيَّم بالأداء.
