Mohamed Rached Jomni is a Tunisian business executive, management consultant,
executive coach and entrepreneur — and the founder of MedSirat.
He began as an engineer. Trained in computer science at the Faculté des Sciences de Tunis,
he taught embedded electronics, computer architecture and programming to engineering
students at ESPRIT from 2007, then led the school's management teaching unit and its
mini-MBA programme. Engineering gave him his method — decompose the problem, model it,
test it, measure it — and the technical fluency he now uses to guide companies and public
institutions through digital transformation and AI adoption.
He built a deliberately eclectic business education on that base: a professional master's
in enterprise creation at Ez-Zitouna University, an international e-services master's
delivered across Lille, Namur, Beirut, Carthage and INSAT, an applied bachelor's in
business management, and the COPENIC post-master's in management and political science at
Sciences Po Paris and Mines ParisTech. He can read a P&L, a public policy and a
technical architecture in the same conversation.
Since founding MedSirat in Tunis in 2007, he has grown it into a group of three entities —
consulting, an executive academy and a venture unit — and has led consulting, training and
coaching assignments for private companies, public institutions and international
organisations, among them GIZ, the International Labour Organization, the
Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung, SPARK, TAMSS and ENDA Inter Arabe, and several Tunisian
ministries. He has coached more than 2,000 entrepreneurs, trained over 20,000
professionals, and taught for over a decade in Tunisian universities.
He is also the founder and CEO of Siratify, a digital platform that brings entrepreneurs,
mentors, investors and support organisations into a single network — and he sits on the
board of Carthage Business Angels. He works in Arabic, French and English, from Tunis and Doha.
