Business Development (Internship)

MedSirat is a consulting, coaching, and professional training firm. We support companies, managers, and entrepreneurs in their development through certified, innovative, and impact-focused programs
Main responsibilities:
- Update and maintain customer data daily in the CRM (Odoo)
- Record, classify, and qualify all leads from the website, social media, sponsored campaigns, and other channels
- Participate in promotional campaigns and follow up on commercial offers
- Convert potential customers into actual customers
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and pipeline performance
Desired profile:
- Fluent in French (written and oral)
- Organized, rigorous, and results-oriented
- Comfortable on the phone, good communication and listening skills
- Proficiency in office tools and familiarity with CRM systems (Odoo is a plus
- Student in business, marketing, management, or equivalent field
